Hoa Binh Minh Kick-off HR restructure project

The period of 2019 - 2020 is considered as the speed-up time at Hoa Binh Minh parallel with the restructuring for the sustainable development in 2021 - 2025. In addition to signing the contract SAP S/4 HANA as an overall restructure program, Hoa Binh Minh has cooperated with OCD consulting company execute the HR restructure for its Steel Company and Tiles Company. The project will go through three phases:

  • Phase I: Survey and evaluate the current status of Hoa Binh Minh.
  • Phase II: Build the high-level organizational team of Hoa Binh Minh and restructure the management of the Group and member companies; develop the structure and function & titles standardization for the companies of Steel and Tiles.
  • Phase III: Plan human resource, standardize internal work processes, build management system based on performance, build competency management system & the first 2-year training plan, establish 3Ps income structure for Tiles & Steel Companies

Within the project, Hoa Binh Minh applied digiiMS software of OOC Technology Solution JSC to its management, including the applications:

  • digiiOST: Design organizational structure (allocate functions and build job descriptions in the system)
  • digiiKPI: Evaluate work performance (execute, track the KPI system in practice)
  • DigiiCAT: Evaluate work competencies (quickly evaluate competencies on large scale, timely and comprehensively update reports to meet management requirements)

Hoa Binh Minh and OCD agree on the method and committ the necessary resources in order to complete the project.
