On the occasion of the Group's founding anniversary, Hoa Binh Minh hosted the Annual Business Management Conference 2021 themed "Gene Decoding" including team building and sightseeing for its key staffs during 22 - 24 /4/2021 in Nha Trang, Vietnam. Hoa Binh Minh’s Board of Directors and more than 300 managers from all over the country enjoyed the event and the sharings from guest speakers:

• Mr. Mai Huu Tin - Chairman cum CEO of U&I Group, Vice Chairman of Central Vietnam Youth Union; held senior positions at local and international organizations, and a member of the National Assembly of Vietnam;
• Mr. Tran Tuan Dai - currently the Vice President of A My Company; was at important positions in top local and international corporations;

• Mr. Richard Moore, Founder cum CEO of Richard Moore Associates, a reputable creative brand consulting firm that has advised leading Vietnamese companies such as Vietjet, Vinasoy, Vietinbank, VP Bank, Minh Long, Kangaroo, Sunhouse , Nguyen Kim, Pico, Mr. Bui Minh Luc - Chairman & CEO of Hoa Binh Minh delivered the opening speech at the Conference

The conference emphasized on the building of corporate culture based on the new brand identity around Hoa Binh Minh’s human characteristics (Proactive, Competent, Authentic), Core Values (customer focus, Accountability, Integrity, Action, Passion) as well as the long-term HR strategy of the Group. The conference also reported the milestone activities and results of the 5-year restructuring period 2016 - 2020 and announced the next 5-year goals and strategy of 2021 - 2025 with the vision of “Become the Leading Trading - Service - Investment Group in Vietnam ".

During presentation of the strategy of 2021 - 2025, CEO Bui Minh Luc shared the Group's goal of 46,000 billion VND revenue and continuing the leading position in the existing sectors and expanding to new fields of GROUP’s advantages.
